I feel great!

I’ve been taking these daily now for a week and I’m feeling much better. It’s a struggle for me to remember to hydrate but POTS doesn’t like that, obviously. These really do make a difference.

Dysautonomia help

I started taking Saltstick before I was officially diagnosed with dysautonomia (POTS and adrenergic autonomic dysfunction) based on the assistance of folks in the community. Helps me stay hydrated

I have POTS and these are great to keep electrolytes up and blood volume up; I do drink mixes too but I love having both and to be able to take these and drink plain water instead
